County Personnel: Tony Tyczynski, VSO (left at 9:40a.m.); Sandy Deich, VSO; Susan Blodgett, ADRC; and Stefka Zomer, ADRC

Chair Spencer called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Whitsell/Curry) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously and agenda adopted.
MOTION (Whitsell/Curry) to approve the minutes from the meeting on July 10, 2019. Motion carried unanimously.
Public Comment: Tyczynski presented a letter to the board form a veteran who is very happy from VSO and our board members.

Tony Tyczynski, Veterans Service Office:

Tyczynski discussed the outreach by VSO; during the month of July VSO has attended a post visits of foreign Wars 987.Donation was received. Discussion followed, No action taken.

Tyczynski discussed the transition to the new Federal Veterans Administration appeals process. Discussion followed; no action taken.

Tyczynski discussed on year to date activity; Discussion followed, no action taken. Deich talked about the displaced/homeless Veterans in Sauk County. She presented to the board a quarterly report showing how many Veterans have been helped with finding a place to live. VSO have had 44 contacts with veterans at risk, in need or homeless veterans. In the next month VSO is hoping to add more connections so they will help veterans to find place to live.
b) Tyczynski presented the monthly financial statements for his department.
c) Consider approval of the Monthly Invoices
MOTION (Whitsell/Curry) to approve the monthly invoices for July 2019 in the amount of $583.10. Motion carried unanimously.
d) Tyczynski presented to the board the 2020 Budget projections and changes. Discussion followed. No action taken.
Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center:

Blodgett presented the ADRC 2020 Budget Projections. Discussion followed. No action taken.

Proposal 2020 goals – Blodgett presented the ADRC 2020 goals. Discussion followed. No action taken.

Blodgett presented the monthly ADRC report – the number of Meals served in 2018 and number of meals served year to date. Discussion followed. No action taken.
d-e) Blodgett presented the monthly financial statements and list of invoices for her department.
f) Blodgett presented to the board a list of expenditures from 2018/2019 to be considered as write off. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Whitsell/Braunschweig) to write of expenditures from 2018/2019 for the amount of $ 1,804.32. Vote all in favor.
MOTION (Whitsell/Curry) to approve the July 2019 bills in the amount of $ 32,820.06. Motion carried unanimously.
Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle County Board Update: Blodgett reported that the State changed the time reporting due to the Federal requirements. Discussion followed. No action taken.
