Curry called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
Curry requested the agenda to be amended. Item 11 to be moved after item 5. MOTION (Dorner/Polivka) to adopt the amended agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Bushweiler/Polivka) to approve the meeting minutes from May 5th, 2021. Motion carried unanimously.

Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluating data of any public employee over which the body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Review of Susan Blodgett, ADRC. Roll Call: AYES (5) Bushweiler, Curry, Dorner, Polivka, Riek. NAYS (0). ABSENT: (0). Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Riek/Polivka) to reconvene in open session immediately following closed session. Motion carried unanimously. Reconvened at 4:11 p.m.

Erickson discussed the outreach by VSO; Deich attended a few Memorial Day events. Discussion followed, No action taken.

Erickson discussed the current Veterans case trends –VA letters, including request for Applications (RFA). Discussion followed.No action taken.

MOTION (Bushweiler/Polivka) to approve the May 2021 bills in the amount of $1,653.08. Motion carried unanimously.
Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center

Blodgett presented to the board a request of transferring GWAAR funds from congregate program to Home Delivery program. She informed the board that our congregate dining centers are being closed since March, 2020 due to Covid-19 but the amount of clients receiving home delivery meals increased. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Polivka/Dorner) to move $ 103,000.00 funds from Title III C1 to Title III C2 and Title III CD. Vote all in favor.

Blodgett informed the board that this year was the first year ADRC didn’t provide tax prep assistance for the Sauk county citizens. Discussion followed. No action taken.

Blodgett informed the board that ADRC is still working on the 3 year Aging Plan which is due late summer. Discussion followed. No action taken.

Blodgett presented to the board her monthly report. Blodgett informed the board members that ADRC is working on 2022 budget. ADRC is starting the Fun day Trips and working towards reopening the dining centers in in 2021. Discussion followed. No action taken.

Blodgett presented the monthly financial statements and list of invoices for her department. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Polivka/Dorner) to approve the May 2021 bills in the amount of $ 15,923.39. Motion carried unanimously.
