Curry called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Dorner/Bushweiler) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Polivka/Riek) to approve the meeting minutes from February 10th, 2021. Motion carried unanimously.

VSO departmental updates and service trends

Tyczynski discussed the outreach by VSO; On February 6th, 2021 was held VA-COVID Vaccine clinic at West Square Building. Another clinic is scheduled for next month and May. Discussion followed, No action taken.

Tyczynski discussed the current Veterans case trends –updated committee on veterans applying for VA. He presented to the board the 100% scheduler SCD- Checklist of benefits. Discussion followed.No action taken.

Tyczynski reviewed the year to date activity for his department. He presented to the board his monthly report. Discussion followed. No action taken

Consider carry forward of VSO funds – Tyczynski presented a request for carry forward unspent funds from 2020 for Veteran’s relief. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Dorner/Bushweiler) to approve the request the remaining fund balance in 2020 Veterans relief of $3,721.00 to be carried forward into the 2021 budget. Vote all in favor.
c) Discussion and approval of 2020 Annual Report – Tyczynski presented to the board the 2020 VSO Annual report. Discussion followed. The 2020 annual report- approved.
d) Tyczynski presented the monthly financial statements for his department. Discussion Followed, No action taken
e) Consider approval of the Monthly Invoices –Discussion followed.
MOTION (Bushweiler/Dorner) to approve the February 2021 bills in the amount of $118.38. Motion carried unanimously.
Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center

Blodgett presented to the board Brianna Wipperfurth, Volunteer coordinator at ADRC. Wipperfurth presented to the board 2020 senior farmers Market Nutrition Program report. Discussion followed. No action taken.

Blodgett presented to the board her monthly report. Blodgett informed the board members that due to COVID our staff is still rotating working remotely. ADRC hired a new information and assistance social worker and driver. Staff continue to work on the Aging Plan, due late summer. As of 2/25/21, the ADRC has received 192 survey responses. Three top needs are: Transportation, money and in-home care/chore services. March is March for Meals in nutrition programs. We have scheduled Assembly members Dave Considine and Tony Kurtz, and State Senator Jon Erpenbach to make videos in support of the meal program. Several community leaders, Tom Dorner, Brent Miller, Assembly member Dave Considine and Senator Howard Marklein will do Ride-Along with ADRC volunteers to deliver Meals. Dennis Polivka will be visiting the My Meal My Way site in Spring Green at the Shed. Discussion followed. No action taken.

Blodgett presented to the board her request for carry over unspent funds from 2020 to 2021 budget. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Bushweiler/Dorner) to approve the balance of $34,518.00 unspent funds in caregiver, prevention and home delivery program into the 2021 budget. Vote all in favor.

Blodgett presented to the board the ADRC 2020 annual report. Discussion followed. The board approved the ADRC 2020 annual report.
- Blodgett presented the monthly financial statements and list of invoices for her department. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Dorner/Polivka) to approve the February 2021 bills in the amount of $ 34,335.34. Motion carried unanimously.
g) State’s reply on Regional Funding- Blodgett informed the board that he attended a few state meeting over the last few weeks. The State budget is due by end of June 2021. Discussion followed. No action taken.
