Curry called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Riek/Dorner) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Polivka/Riek) to approve the meeting minutes from January 4th, 2021. Motion carried unanimously.

Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center

Blodgett informed the board that ADRC is working on new Aging Plan for 2022-2024. ADRC is asking for feedback from the public about all services needed for residents over age of 60. The aging plan is due to our funder in the summer of 2021. Discussion followed. No action taken.

Blodgett presented to the board her monthly report. Blodgett informed the board members that due to COVID our staff is still rotating working remotely. Per DOT representative John Swissler as a recipient of the 2021-53.10 transportation grant ADRC will receive additional funds. Discussion followed. No action taken.
c-d) Blodgett presented the monthly financial statements and list of invoices for her department. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Dorner/Polivka) to approve the December 2020 bills in the amount of $ 13, 608.11. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Polivka/Riek) to approve the January 2021 bills in the amount of $ 10,390.75. Motion carried unanimously.
e) State’s reply on Regional Funding- Miller informed the board that he attended a few state meeting over the last few weeks. The State budget is due by end of June 2021. Discussion followed. No action taken.

VSO departmental updates and service trends

Tyczynski discussed the outreach by VSO; He stated the VSO wasn’t able to do outreach in January due to Covid. Discussion followed, No action taken.

Tyczynski discussed the current Veterans case trends –updated committee on veterans applying for VA. No action taken.

Tyczynski reviewed the year to date activity for his department. He presented to the board his monthly report. Discussion followed. No action taken

Review of Tony Tyczynski, VSO. Roll Call: AYES (4) Curry, Dorner, Polivka, Riek. NAYS (0). ABSENT: (1) Bushweiler. Motion carried unanimously.
