Members Present: Dorner, Lombard, Polivka, Stehling (arrived at 10:03 a.m.)
Members Absent: Burchill (excused)
County Personnel: Susan Blodgett, ADRC; Quinn Hause, ADRC; Sandy Deich, VSO; Brent Miller, County Administrator; Tony Tyczynski, VSO; Marina Wittmann, ADRC; Stefka Zomer, ADRC.

Polivka called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
Election of Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary of the Committee:
Chair: Dorner nominated Polivka; seconded by Lombard.
MOTION (Dorner/Stehling) to close nominations and vote to elect Polivka as Chair. Motion carried unanimously and Polivka presided over remainder of the meeting.
Vice-Chair: Polivka nominated Dorner; seconded by Stehling.
MOTION (Polivka/Stehling) to close nominations and vote to elect Polivka as Vice Chair. Motion carried unanimously.
Secretary: Dorner nominated Stehling; seconded by Polivka.
MOTION (Dorner/Polivka) to close nominations and vote to elect Stehling as Secretary. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Lombard/Stehling) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Dorner/Lombard) to approve the meeting minutes April 6th, 2022.Motion carried unanimously.

Tony Tyczynski, Veterans Service Office:
- VSO departmental updates and service trends
- Tyczynski discussed the outreach by VSO; He informed the board that the outreach is picking up. He attended various post visits. Deich informed the board that VSO office helped 31 homeless individuals in 2021. Discussion followed. No action taken.
- Tyczynski discussed the current Veterans case trends –Tyczynski informed the board that VA Health Care Community referrals take really long time. Discussion followed. No action taken.
- Tyczynski presented the monthly financial statements for his department. Discussion followed. No action taken
c) Consider approval of the Monthly Invoices – Discussion followed.
MOTION (Dorner/Lombard) to approve the April 2022 bills in the amount of $3,065.61. Motion carried unanimously.
Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center
- Blodgett presented to the board the ADRC monthly report. ADRC open Lake Delton and Baraboo dining centers for congregate meals. ADRC renews the meal contract with Consolidated management foods until end of 2022. ADRC need to provide an employee helping meal prep. The meal cost was increased to $5.00. Fun day trips and Shopping trips will start in June. Discussion followed. No action taken.
- Blodgett presented to the board resolution to purchase new wheelchair accessible van using DOT trust fund balance. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Dorner/Lombard) to approve resolution to amend the 2022 budget and purchase accessible vehicle using ADRC Trust fund balance. Vote all in favor.
- Blodgett presented the monthly financial statements for her department. Discussion followed.
- Blodgett presented the Monthly invoices for her department. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Dorner/Lombard) to approve the April 2022 bills in the amount of $44,130.87. Motion carried unanimously.
Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country Board Update: Blodgett informed the board that Andrea Lombard is the new representative for ADRC of Sauk county to Eagle Country Board. Discussion followed. No action taken.
