Members Present: Spencer, Braunschweig, McAuliffe (arrived during closed session), Whitsell
Members Absent: Moore (excused)
County Personnel: Susan Blodgett, ADRC; Tony Tyczynski, Veterans; Alene Kleczek Bolin, County Administrator; Quinn Hause, ADRC and Robin Kitzinger, ADRC
Others Present:
Chair Spencer called the meeting to order at 2:45 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Braunschweig/Whitsell) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously and agenda adopted.
Tyczynski requested the discussion of the next meeting date be moved up to this point of the meeting. The Committee agreed.
Payment Process for ADRC invoices and timing of meeting:
Blodgett reported the need to move the meeting dates up at least one week in order to meet deadlines for monthly invoice approvals. Discussion followed. The Committee agreed to move the meetings to the second Thursday of each month at 4:15 p.m.

MOTION (Whitsell/Braunschweig) to go into closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluating data of any public employee over which the body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Review of Susan Blodgett ADRC Director. Roll Call: AYES (3) Spencer, Braunschweig, Whitsell. NAYS (0). ABSENT: (2) Moore, McAuliffe (arrived at 2:58 during closed session) . Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Whitsell/Braunschweig) to reconvene in open session immediately following closed session. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Whitsell/McAuliffe) to approve the minutes of the regular meeting on August 3, 2018. Motion carried unanimously.

Communications: None
Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center:
a) Blodgett presented changes to the proposed 2019 ADRC budget. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Braunschweig/Whitsell) to accept the proposed budget revisions and pass the budget forward. Motion carried unanimously.
b) Blodgett reviewed the departmental service trends and updates (including Lake Delton and My Meal My Way) for July and August. Discussion followed. No action taken.
c-d) Blodgett presented the monthly financial statement and list of monthly invoices for her department.
MOTION (Whitsell/Braunschweig) to approve the August 2018 bills in the amount of $28,257.42. Motion carried unanimously.
Tony Tyczynski, Veterans Service Office:
a) Tyczynski reviewed the department service trends and updates and presented a report on the amount of homeless vets. Discussion followed. No action taken.
b-c) Tyczynski presented the monthly financial statements and the list of monthly invoices.
MOTION (Braunschweig/Whitsell) to approve the August 2018 bills in the amount of $1,685.00. Motion carried unanimously.
d) Tyczynski reported that the proposed Veterans 2019 budget has been forwarded onto the Finance Committee. No action taken.

October 11, 2018 at 4:15 p.m. West Square Building, 3rd Floor County Board Gallery Room 326B.
Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country Board Update:
Whitsell stated that he met the new dementia care specialist and reported on items discussed at the last meeting. Discussion followed.
Aging & Disability Resource Center Advisory Committee:
No report; next meeting scheduled for November 27, 2018 9:00 a.m. West Square Building Room B24.
Transportation Coordination Committee:
No report; next meeting scheduled for November 27, 2018 10:30 a.m. West Square Building Room B24.
MOTION (Whitsell/Braunschweig) to adjourn until October 11, 2018 at 4:15 p.m. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 4:57 p.m.
