ADRC TO HOLD PUBLIC INPUT MEETING SEPTEMBER 3

     BARABOO, WISCONSIN; August 14, 2014 -- The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country/Sauk County (ADRC) will hold a public input meeting about its Nutrition, Prevention and National Family Caregiver Support Programs on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in Room B30 of the Sauk County West Square Building, 505 Broadway in Baraboo. 

     The purpose of the meeting is to present a proposal to sub-contract with the Sauk County Public Health Department to manage the ADRC’s Nutrition, Prevention and National Family Caregiver Support Programs, effective January 1, 2015.

     The mission of the ADRC is to empower and support older adults, adults with disabilities and their families by providing easily accessible, quality information and assistance in support of each individual’s choice for independence and enhanced quality of life.
