5.  Homeless and At-Risk Veteran Population Report
6.  Possible Closed Session pursuant to Wis Stat. S 19.85(1)(f) At-risk, Homeless Veterans. Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of specific persons which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon   the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or date.   
7.  Reconvene in Open Session immediately following the closed session
