Section 3 - Building Description

2. Please be sure to describe everything you are building. It is a home addition, but exactly what? Are you adding bedrooms, a sun room, 2,3 or 4 season room, new kitchen, laundry, etc. so that we can permit exactly what you are building.

4. Size of structure and setback distances. Be sure to be absolutely correct on these two items. Certain zoning districts have restrictions on sizes and all zoning districts have setback distances that you must follow. Your complete information here will help in not delaying your permit once it reaches our office.

Section 4 - Plumbing Description

This section does not apply unless you are installing a new septic system or re-connecting your home facilities to an existing one. Please contact our office to verify whether or not your project will need this section filled out.

Section 5 - Fire Sign

This section does not apply.

Please Note Please note that certain size additions may require you to verify your septic system, as well as limitations in size due to your zoning district. Contact the Planning & Zoning office for verification on either of these requirements.
