Section 3 - Building Description

2. Please be sure to describe everything you are building. It is a garage, but be sure to tell us if there is a loft, if there is a deck or anything else that may make your garage unique so that we can permit exactly what you are building.

Section 4 - Plumbing Description

This section does not apply unless you are installing a new septic system or connecting your garage to an existing one. This would only take place if you are putting running water or bathroom facilities in your garage.

Section 5 - Fire Sign

This section does not apply unless you are building a garage on a tax parcel that has no other buildings, a new driveway and no other existing fire number.

NOTE: If you are building a garage on a vacant parcel of land, you will need to download the following affidavit and have it signed by your Town Chair and your signature notarized. This affidavit confirms that you will not use your boat house for human habitation, which is against Sauk County Ordinance.
