1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.
2. Adopt agenda.
3. Approval of minutes from prior meeting.
4. Communications.
   1. Letter from Sauk County Corporation Counsel- Todd Liebman regarding Town of Sumpter status.
5. Public Comment.

6. Update on the Town of Sumpter status.

7. Introductory presentations by potential stakeholders (5 minute presentation, 5 minute Q&A) The GST Commission may take action to approve/disapprove stakeholders after each presentation.

8. Discussion of Inventory Items
   1. Presentation on components of a successful trail.
   2. Local and regional context identification (explanation followed by a mapping exercise to take place  after the meeting for the commission, stakeholders, and the public).
9. Discussion of potential trail users
   1. Handout highlighting use compatibilities.
10. Discussion of community public event.
    1. Review proposed event structure
    2. Establish a list of key questions (survey).
    3. Discuss how feedback collected will be used to inform the planning process.
11. Assignment of tasks for the September community public event.
    1. Commission and stakeholder members are asked to inform their respective local commissions and boards and encourage participation at the community public event.
12. Public Comment.
13. Next meeting date(s), location, and agenda items in addition to the work plan.
14. Adjourn.
