Every Kid in a Park

Following is information regarding a new national initiative, “Every Kid in a Park”.  This school year, fourth graders in the United States and their families will be entitled to free admission to America’s national parks, federal lands and waters.  The program is part of the White House’s “Every Kid in the Park” initiative, in collaboration with the National Park Service and the National Park Foundation.  Beginning in the 2015-16 school year, students can sign up online to receive a voucher that grants entrance to the holder and a carload of passengers to federal recreation areas for a year.
