SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:
 

1.         Call to order and certify compliance with open meetings law.

2.         Adopt agenda.

3.         Adopt minutes of previous meeting – January 11, 2018.

4.         Public comment.

5.         Communications.

6.         Public hearing: To begin at approximately 9:15 a.m. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of the respective hearing.)

            a.         Petition 01-2018. A petition to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s7.040(3)(i) for metal fabrication business.  Said conditional use is located in the Town of Troy, Sauk County.  Lands affected by the proposed conditional use are located in the NW ¼ of the NE ¼, Section 17, T9N, R5E, Town of Troy, and as further described in Petition 01-2018. Tax parcel identification number 036-0810-00000, and owned by Carisolo Inc/Peter Maestri.            

7.         Discussion and possible action on Notice(s) of Non-Compliance for the Farmland Preservation Program.

8.         Next meeting dates – Thursday, February 8th and Tuesday, February 27th, 2018.

9.         Adjournment.
