Any person who has a qualifying disability that requires the meeting or materials at the meetings to be in an accessible location or format should contact the Sauk County Clerk’s Office at 608-355-3286, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, exclusive of legal holidays, at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting so that reasonable arrangements can be made to accommodate each request.

SAUK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS  

JANUARY 16, 2024

REGULAR MEETING:  SAUK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

1.  Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: 6:00 P.M.

 

2.  Roll Call.  PRESENT: (27) Roxen, T. Spencer, Eberl, Rego, Klitzke, Scanlon, Krueger, Flint, Clemens, Lombard, Schell, Dorner, Fordham, Astle, Hazard, R. Spencer, Carver, Polivka, Burchill, Peper, Gruber, Detter, Chrisler, Stehling, McAuliffe, Deitrich and McCumber. ABSENT: (4). Kinsman, Anderson, Prosser, and Lohr.

 

Staff Present: Brent Miller, County Administrator; Brian Desmond, Corporation Counsel; Autumn Bates, Lead Deputy County Clerk; Chris Harry, Deputy County Clerk; Cora McDonnell, Deputy County Clerk; and Michelle Commings, Deputy County Clerk.

 

3.  Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.  Invocation given by Supr. Burchill

 

    *Supr. Kinsman arrived at 6:05 p.m. 

 

4.  Adopt Agenda.  MOTION (Schell/Roxen). 

The following scrivener error was noted:

      “Resolution 4-2024 Amending The 2023 2024 Budget To Appropriate $90,259 Pursuant To An   

        Intergovernmental Agreement Between Sauk County, Wisconsin, and the Ho-Chunk Nation.”

        Motion carried unanimously.

Motion carried unanimously.
