The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to set forth the agreements and understandings which have been reached between Sauk County (County) and the Village of Lake Delton (Village) regarding the ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Delton Dam (Dam). The Dam is owned by Sauk County and the Village of Lake Delton is interested in operating the Dam to remove duckweed from Mirror Lake.
