Members present: Judge Screnock, ADA Michael Albrecht, Chief Jerry Strunz, Amanda Hanson, Leonie Dolch, Sharon Boesl, and Lt. Lewis Lange

The meeting was called to order at 12:14 p.m. Certification of Open Meeting compliance was given.
Motion by Dolch, second by Hanson to adopt agenda items and grant Chair authority to modify the order of agenda topics. Motion carried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were not circulated in advance and will be considered at the next meeting of the Subcommittee.
Public Comment: None
Communications: None
Presentation regarding the Nurse Family Partnership:
Michelle Krantz, Sauk County Health Department Public Health Nurse and NFP Coordinator gave a presentation on the services provided by the Nurse Family Partnership program.
Discussion of Drug Court program and review of current policies and procedures:
The Subcommittee discussed various aspects of the program. No formal action taken.
Discuss insurance coverage for random drug tests and contact with Options Lab:
Ms. Bolin presented the Subcommittee with information regarding recent drug testing expenditures and related discussions with Options Lab representatives. The Subcommittee discussed the possibility of considering more infrequent testing for participants in later phases. No formal action taken.
(Judge Screnock departed at 12:57 p.m. ADA Albrecht assumed control of the meeting.)
Discuss Subcommittee membership and selection of a vice-chair and secretary:
Motion by Dolch, second by Lange to nominate District Attorney Calkins as Vice-chair of the Subcommittee. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Dolch, second by Albrecht to nominate Ms. Dolch as Secretary for a nine-month term. Motion carried unanimously.
Discuss implementation of the alcohol addiction component of the 2017 TAD grant:
Chief Strunz, Ms. Dolch, and Ms. Baldwin will work on implementation strategies in advance of the next meeting. The Subcommittee tabled any further action on this matter to the next meeting.

Agenda items: To include discussion of random drug testing policy and implementation of the alcohol addiction component of the 2017 TAD grant.
Motion to adjourn the meeting by Dolch, second by Strunz. Motion carried unanimously.
