The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 8:30 a.m. Motion by ­Pate­­­­­­, second by Wastlick to adopt agenda. Motion carried.

 

Motion by Neumann, second by Neumann to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. The minutes were approved as presented.
