The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 8:30 a.m. Motion by Pate, second by Wastlick to adopt agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Neumann, second by Neumann to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. The minutes were approved as presented.
