The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 3:34 p.m. Motion by Dolch, second by Lewis to adopt agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Dolch, second by Brattset, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried.
Public Comment: John Ellington, Baraboo City Council Member, regarding coordination of efforts, Karla Campion thanking the committee for their efforts and complimenting the efforts to improve community with these programs.

Work closely with other departments, under the supervision of Administrative Coordinator.
Motion to approve the job description by Strunz, second by Brattset – All in favor, none against. Motion carried.

Interim Coordinator Corporation Counsel will assist in contract development, Baldwin to do more with the OWI program, Management Analyst to assist with Data Collection, No need for interim

Drug Court Subcommittee: Judge Screnock- taking a more interactive approach with Case Manager.

Changes to Policies and Procedures, how to make attractive to a participant

Coordinated Community Response to deal with elder abuse and adult maltreatment
Discussion on the formation and frequency. Case review form to track issues arising and to address them in the future
