The meeting was called to order by Brattset and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 3:31 P.M..  Motion by La Broscian, second by Albrecht to adopt agenda. Motion carried.

 

Motion by Karll, second by Albrecht to adopt minutes.  Motion carried.

    All day training with Tom Weber took place.Consensus was that subcommittees meet too often.JJS proposed to be 1 of 3 main subcommittees.

    Looking to form workgroups for tasks.DeSanto would need to add input from BGC as overseeing partner.Clarification was made that DHS will have authority over the project.

    1. Program Goals, mission and vision statement are next tasks.Ramnarace will send email with meeting date to work on them.

  • Discussion was had as to how to measure the success of the program but will have to devise mission and vision statement before the parameters can be set.

  • Handout discussed.Proposal of a second curriculum presented; length, duration and content debated.
