b. Discussion regarding the creation of an app team to develop content, etc.
c.  Possible action to contract with Strive-ON to develop a GSST trail app.

3.  Sauk County / WDNR Cooperative Agreement through Devil’s Lake State Park

a.  Background regarding the wye and trail construction. – Marty Krueger, Dana White-Quam
b.  Request that Sauk County extend the trail cooperative agreement with WDNR through Devil’s Lake State Park. – Marty Krueger
