This meeting is open to the public. No one should attend the meeting if they are experiencing COVID- or flu-like symptoms, have a fever, sore throat or recently experienced a loss of taste or smell.  Masks required.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

REASON FOR MEETING:  REGULAR

 

ORDER OF BUSINESS:

  1. Call to order and certification of compliance with open meeting law.
  2. Approval of agenda.      
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Public comment.
  5. Communications.
  6. Facilities Planning and Maintenance Report.
  7. Discussion and possible action on any other large capital planning items needed for the 2026 Capital Improvement plan a part of the Sauk County Budget process.
  8. Discussion and possible action to contract with the City of Baraboo to patch, crack fill, and stripe a portion of the UW campus parking lot.
  9. Discussion and possible action to approve a Campus Property Maintenance Management Agreement. 
  10. Discussion and possible action on removal/disposal/maintenance and property and goods within building spaces.
  11. Discussion on proposed request for proposal for the redevelopment/reuse of the campus.
  12. Update on library clean out.
  13. Financial Report and Approval of Vouchers.
  14. Update on the Villas.
  15. Report from Administrative Manager of UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County.
  16. Set next date and time (August 21, 2025 @ 8:00 a.m.).
  17. Adjournment.
