REASON FOR MEETING:  REGULAR

 

ORDER OF BUSINESS:

  1. Call to order and certification of compliance with open meeting law.
  2. Approval of agenda.      
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Public comment.
  5. Communications.
  6. Update and discussion on Redevelopment Plan Process.
  7. Facilities planning and maintenance report.
  8. Discussion and possible action to create an MOU with the Baraboo School District to use the Lange Center gymnasium and exterior grounds for various school activites during the 2026-2027 school year.
  9. Discussion and possible action of the Community Choir leasing space in the music building
  10. Financial report and approval of vouchers.
  11. Update on the villas.
  12. Set next date and time (August 20, 2026 @ 8:00 a.m.).
  13. Adjournment.
