  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.

  5. Communications.
  6. Update and discussion on Redevelopment Plan Process.
  7. Facilities planning and maintenance report.
  8. Financial report and approval of vouchers.
  9. Update on the villas.
  10. Report from administrative manager of UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County.
  11. Set next date and time (April 16, 2026 @ 8:00 a.m.).
  12. Adjournment.

Members Absent: Young

Staff Absent:  Crammond

 

Chair Hazard called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. and Compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified. 

 

MOTION (Sloan/Hause) to adopt the agenda.  Motion carried unanimiously.

 

MOTION (Sloan/Sitton) to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried unanimously. 

 

Public comment:  None.

 

Communications:  None.

 

Update and discussion on Redevelopment Plan Process:

Wilson gave the committee a brief update.

 

Facilities planning and maintenance report:

Financial report and approval of vouchers:

MOTION (Sitton/Lohr) to approve the vouchers in the amount of $8,608.00. Motion carried unanimously. (Report on file)

 

Update on Villas:

No update given.

 

Report from Administrative Manager of UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County:

Fencl gave the committee an update.  (Report on file)

 

MOTION (Lohr/Sloan) to adjourn at 8:11 a.m. until April 16, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Motion carried unanimously.
