Certification of compliance with the open meeting law.  Motion by Geick, second by Pinion, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.

 

The meeting minutes from the prior meeting were approved on a motion by Stieve, second by Geick.  Motion carried.

Review of Bids and Possible Recommendation to the Campus Commission

The committee reviewed the bid climate and reasons for the bids being significantly over budget.  Scenarios and pros and cons of each approach were explored and discussed.  Motion by Geick, second by Lombard to recommend that the low bid provided by Kraemer Brothers LLC be accepted.  Motion carried.

 

 

Motion by Lombard, second by Pinion, to adjourn.  Motion carried.
