Certification of compliance with the open meeting law. Motion by Kolb, second by Lombard, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. Motion by Geimer, second by Kolb, to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. Motion carried.

Communications None.
Consideration and approval of Kraemer’s pay request number 3. Motion by Lombard second by Geimer to make a payment of $230,897.00 to Kraemers. Motion carried.
Consideration of Science Facility Change Orders.
Review Asbestos Abatement Bids. Motion by Geimer second by Kolb to approve the contract with Robinson Brothers for $39,000. Motion carried.
Motion by Geimer second by Lombard to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.. Change order for winter costs and allowing Liebman, Pinion, Stieve, Armstrong, Geick, Palm and Bongard to remain. Roll call vote: AYE: Wedekind, Kolb, Geimber, Lombard, VonAsten, Giese (6) NAY: (0) ABSENT: Schauf (1). Motion carried.
Motion by Lombard second by Kolb to reconvene in open session. Motion Carried
