Certification of compliance with the open meeting law. Motion by Kolb, second by Geimer, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. Motion by Geimer, second by Kolb to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. Motion carried.

Communications None.
Financial Report and Bills Motion by Lombard, second by Kolb to pay the bills in the amount of $9,710.96. Motion carried. Motion by Lombard, second by VonAsten to approve the current bills for the Science facility to date. Motion carried.
Facilities and Maintenance Report(s) David Armstrong presented information on maintenance.
Science Facility Change orders
Details of change orders are included on the Proposal log. Motion by Schauf, second by Kolb to approve the change order log as approved to date. Motion carried.
Kevin McGuire, Kraemer Brothers Inc. spoke to the change order for additional winter costs based on a change in the construction start date. The architect will be asked to opine and then the campus commission will discuss the request in closed session.
Update on Housing, Exterior of building will be completed at the end of next week.
Deans Report Tracy White, Dean
Tuition free community college being floated as an option by the federal government. Uncertain of applicability to campus.
Strategic planning is being undertaken at the campus in various program areas. Strategic plan will feed into updates of master plan.
Beverly Simmons is the Dean’s new assistant.
