  3. Public Comment.
  4. Communications.
  5. Discussion of points of interest to the request for proposal process, including but not limited to:  Timeline, Market Analysis, financing, structure of Request for Proposal; and development of recommendation.
  6. Set next meeting.
  7. Adjournment.

Members present:    David Armstrong, Assistant Dean; Kathy Schauf, County Administrator; Ed Geick, City Administrator; Andrea Lombard, Campus Commission Representative.
Members excused:
Others present:        Tom Pinion, Tim Stieve, Dean Pleger

The meeting was called to order by Schauf at 10:00 AM.  Certification of open meeting compliance was given.  Motion by Lombard to adopt the agenda, second by Armstong.  Motion carried.

Discussion of points of interest to the request for proposal process, including but not limited to:  Timeline, Market Analysis, financing, structure of Request for Proposal; and development of recommendation for discussion by Campus Committee.

Motion by Geick, to adjourn the meeting, second by Lombard.  Motion carried.
