Members present:        David Armstrong, Assistant Dean; Ed Geick, City Administrator; Andrea Lombard, Campus Commission Representative; Kathy Schauf, Administrative Coordinator

Others present:             Dean Pleger, Representatives from BOMC 

The meeting was called to order by Schauf at 3:30 PM.  Certification of open meeting compliance was given.  Motion by Lombard to adopt the agenda, second by Armstong.  Motion carried.

Question and answer session with BOMC on the components of the Request for Proposal.

Discussion of points of interest to the request for proposal process, including but not limited to:  Discussion of Timeline, Market Analysis, financing, structure of Request for Proposal; and development of recommendation for discussion by Campus Committee; research with potential vendors; and discussions with potential services for researching options.

Motion by Armstrong, to adjourn the meeting, second by Lombard.  Motion carried.
