Canvass votes cast at the February 19, 2013 Spring Primary Election verifying that the total number of ballots cast (OS & TSX combined) is the same or less than the highest number of voters on poll lists. The Canvassers were each provided a tabular report with election night results generated from the State Canvass system to confirm correctness when comparing each reporting unit’s total votes cast for each candidate on their results tapes. Inspector’s statements and Incident logs were reviewed. The total number of votes cast for the top race on the ballot which was Justice of the Supreme Court were also compared to total number of voters, to make sure there was no big drop off of votes cast to total voters;
