The meeting was called to order at 1:02PM by Chair Hambrecht.
Certification of Open Meeting Notice:
Requirements of the Open Meeting Law met.
Adopt Agenda
Motion made by Hazard, second by McAuliffe to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. All in favor.
Adopt Mnutes of Previous Meeting
Motion made by McAuliffe, second by Berlin to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 5, 2020 and review of Special Meeting Minutes of the February 26, 2020 Arts & Culture AHHP Panels. Motion carried. All in favor.

Review Budget and approval of Vouchers
UW Extension: Budget reviewed.
Motion made by Hazard, second by McAuliffe to approve the February 2020 Extension ($9,626.95) and Arts ($800.00) invoices in the total amount of $10,426.95. Motion carried. All in favor.
Educator Reports on Sauk County programming:
Jennifer Erickson, Community Development Educator – Fairfield broadband study, Lake Wisconsin Alliance survey and groundwater study updates

Monthly committee staff report thru the end of February- Hoffman discussed new committee orientation

ARTS & CULTURE
Review Budget and approval of Vouchers:
Arts & Culture: Budget reviewed.
Motion made by Hazard, second by McAuliffe to approve the February 2020 Extension ($9,626.95) and Arts ($800.00) invoices in the total amount of $10,426.95. Motion carried. All in favor.
Discussion possible approval of Spring 2020 AHHP grant applications as recommended by the Arts & History/Humanities Grant selection panels
Committee recommended grant guidelines be updated to prohibit retroactive funding.
Motion made by Hazard, second by McAuliffe to approve fully-funding ten (10) Arts grants and two (2) History/Humanities grants listed below totaling $41,271.85. Motion carried. All in favor.
Motion made by McAuliffe, second by Berlin to deny funding the Friends of PBS Wisconsin $5,000 grant request. Motion carried. All in favor.

Committee decision to offer a 2nd round AHHP grant process in May with no panel review to use excess grant funds.
Discussion and consideration of Good Idea Grant application(s):
Motion made by Newport, second by McAuliffe to approve funding the four good idea grants below, $500/each for a total amount of $2,000. Motion carried. All in favor
