Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting
Motion made by McAuliffe, second by Newport to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 1, 2019. Motion carried. All in favor.

Review Budget and approval of Vouchers
UW Extension: Budget reviewed.
Motion made by McAuliffe, second by Hazard to approve the May 2019 Extension invoices in the amount of $3,778.88 the Arts invoices in the amount of $950.00 for the total amount of $4,728.88. Motion carried. All in favor.

2019 WCA Annual Conference and Marketplace – September 22-24, 2019 at the Kalahari Resort in WI Dells; committee members should register through the Clerk’s office if interested in attending
Discussion and consideration of the dissolution of WACEC/Creation of WEXA
Hoffman explained that to dissolve WACEC 80% of individual members of county extension committees must sign and return a “Consent Resolution of Members of Associated County Extension Committees, Inc.”
Discussion and consideration of the final report for the Sauk County Institute of Leadership (SCIL) 2019 Outside Agency appropriation
Sauk County Institute of Leadership 2019 Outside Agency final report presented by Erickson.SCIL request for funding in 2020 will be part of Extension budget; not an Outside Agency Request.Motion by McAuliffe, second by Berlin to acknowledge and approve the SCIL 2019 Outside Agency final report as presented.Motion carried. All in favor.
Discussion and possible action on a Resolution Authorizing the Sauk County Groundwater Quality Trend Data Project to be considered by the Sauk Co. Board of Supervisors June 18, 2019
Motion made by Hazard, second by McAuliffe to approve the Resolution authorizing the Sauk County Groundwater Quality Trend Data Project to be considered by the Sauk Co. Board of Supervisors June 18, 2019. Motion carried. All in favor.

Funding discussed. Motion made by McAuliffe, second by Hazard to approve Meg Sage to attend the NAE4-HA Conference in Sulphur Springs, WV, November 2-8, 2019. Motion carried. All in favor.
Discussion and consideration of a Human Life Span Series proposal in Sauk County
Amanda Coorough, Human Dev. and Relationships Educator gave an overview of a proposal for a five conference series on the Human Life Span. Budget and timeline discussed; part of UW Extension mission, vision and goals. Start in 2019 and continue into 2020; committee supports proposal and need to carry-forward funds. Committee would like Coorough to deliver an overview of the proposal at an upcoming County Board meeting before October.
Discussion and possible action on updating and reprinting Sauk County maps
Print options through Capital Newspapers include no maps, update with advertisements/distribution ($3,500) and update without advertisements/distribution ($5,000). Extension does not have a current map budget. Discussion of a separate line item within the UW-Extension 2020 budget. Committee recommends Hoffman discuss map (printing, budget, appropriate department) with Chair Vedro and determine support.
Discussion and consideration of projections and program review (mission, vision, goals and performance measures) for UW Extension 2020 budget
Hoffman presented 2020 budget proposals. Motion made by Berlin, second by Newport to approve the 2020 budget projections to forward to Accounting. Motion carried. All in favor.
Concensus to continue to update the UW-Extension mission, vision and goals and approve at the July 10th meeting.

Motion made McAuliffe, second by Newport to approve the RAHS good idea grant application in the amount of $450. Motion carried. All in favor.
School of Architecture - Taliesin
Motion made McAuliffe, second by Newport to approve the Taliesin good idea grant application in the amount of $500. Motion carried. All in favor.
