REASON FOR MEETING: REGULAR
This meeting is open to the public. However, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the public may wish to watch the meeting on streaming video which can be found on the County’s webpage at https://www.co.sauk.wi.us/meetings. No one should attend the meeting if they are experiencing COVID- or flu-like symptoms, have a fever, sore throat or recently experienced a loss of taste or smell. Masks are encouraged, but not required. Social distancing of 6 feet is required.

Adopt Agenda
Motion made by McAuliffe second by Stehling to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. All in favor.
Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting
Motion made by Nelson, second McAuliffe to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 3, 2020 with the correction in “Communications” that regular meeting will be the first Wednesday of the month. Motion carried. All in favor.

EXTENSION
Review Extension Financial Reports and Approval of Extension Vouchers
Extension: Extension budget and invoices reviewed.
Motion made by Stehling, second by McAuliffe to approve the Extension June invoices for a total amount of $7,460.54. Motion carried. All in favor.
Discussion and possible approval of projections and program review (mission, vision, goals and performance measures) for Sauk Extension 2021 budget.
Motion made by Hazard, second by Nelson to approve the projections and program review (mission, vision, goals and performance measures) for Sauk Extension 2021 budget. Motion carries. All in favor.

Educator monthly report – monthly report shared
Educator reports on Sauk County programming:
Morgan McArthur reviewed the SCIL program and completion of 2019-2020 session.
Melissa Beernink provided an update on FoodWIse.

Motion made by Hazard, second by McAuliffe to approve the projections and program review (mission, vision, goals and performance measures) for Sauk Arts & Culture 2021 budget. Motion carries. All in favor.
Discussion, possible action on Summer 2020 AHHP grant applications:
Applications discussed. Nelson made funding recommendations as listed in table below. Motion made by McAuliffe, second by Stehling to approve recommendations. AYES: (4) Hazard, McAuliffe, Nelson and Stehling. NAYS: (1) Klitzke. Motion carried.
