ATTENDANCE:

Members Present:  Arthur Carlson - Chair,  Jim Brown, Ruth Dawson, Dan Brattset, Vern Demers, Theron Hill, Phyllis Johnson, Jim Pritzkow, Richard Running, Alan Wildman, Joan Wucherer.

Others Present:  Keri Olson, Interim Director, ADRC Sauk County, Thomas Litscher, Mobility & Operations Manager, ADRC Sauk County, Dave Lowe, Running, Inc., Lori Rudolf, St. Clare Parish Nurse Coordinator, Amy Romberg, St. Joseph’s Parish Nurse.

  1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: The meeting was called to order by Chair A. Carlson at 10:57 AM and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
  2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by V. Demers to adopt the Agenda, second by P. Johnson. Motion carried.
  3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by V. Demers to approve the previous Regular Meeting Minutes, second by R. Dawson. Motion carried.
