REGULAR MEETING

ATTENDANCE:
Members Present: Arthur Carlson, Chair, Ruth Dawson, Janice Brown, Vern Demers, Phyllis Johnson, Eileen Klepper, Janet Pearson, Jim Pritzkow and Joan Wucherer.
Others Present: Trish Vandre, Director of ADRC of Sauk County, Thomas Litscher, Mobility & Operations Manager of ADRC of Sauk County, DeeDee Heath, Golden Care Advisor, St. Clare Hospital.
Absent: Dan Brattset, Jim Brown, Michael Coleman, Theron Hill, Richard Running, and Alan Wildman.

CALL TO ORDER AND CERTIFY COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING LAW: The meeting was called to order by A. Carlson at 10:30 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.

ADOPT AGENDA: Motion by V. Demers to adopt the Agenda, second by R. Dawson. Motion carried.

ADOPT MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Motion by R. Dawson to approve the August 28, 2012, Regular Meeting Minutes, second by V. Demers. Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT: None.

COMMUNICATIONS: Logisticare contract changes were discussed.
Amy Romburg & Lori Rudolph from St. Clare Coalition of Parish Nurses to discussed results of a survey conducted to identify transportation needs in Sauk County.

Recessed the Regular Meeting of the Transportation Coordination Committee to convene a Public Input Meeting Regarding 85.21 Grant Funding at 11:15 a.m. Meeting was published and posted properly. Public testimony was taken. Each individual was limited to five minutes. Next Public Input Meeting scheduled for December 12, 2012.

Reconvened the Regular Meeting of the Transportation Coordination Committee at 11:37 a.m. Immediately Following the Closing of the Public Input Meeting.

TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM UPDATE: T. Vandre and T. Litscher presented the Transportation Program Update for Committee discussion.
TRANSPORTATION FINANCIAL REVIEW: Withdrawn.
