REGULAR MEETING
ATTENDANCE:
Members Present: Arthur Carlson, Chair, Dan Brattset, Janice Brown, Michael Coleman, Vern Demers, Eileen Klepper, Janet Pearson, Richard Running, and Joan Wurcherer.
Others Present: Darcy Fry, Interfaith Volunteer Network , Jeff Burckhardt, Running Inc.,Trish Vandre, Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County Director and Thomas Litscher, Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County Mobility Operations Manager, Lee J. Roundy, Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County Lead Fiscal Technician.
Absent: Jim Brown, Ruth Dawson, Theron Hill, Phyllis Johnson, Jim Pritzkow, and Alan Wildman.
1. CALL TO ORDER AND CERTIFY COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING LAW: The meeting was called to order by A. Carlson at 10:40 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
2. ADOPT AGENDA: Motion by V. Demers to adopt the Agenda, second by J. Pearson. Motion carried.
3. ADOPT MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Motion by V. Demers to approve the May 22, 2012, Regular Meeting Minutes, second by J. Pearson. Motion carried.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
5. COMMUNICATIONS: T. Litscher presented a letter by Spring Green resident regarding changes in The Bus services in Spring Green.
6. DARCY FRY, INTERFAITH VOLUNTEER NETWORK, INC. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: Darcy Fry discussed the Interfaith Volunteer Network, Inc. Transportation Services for Committee discussion.
7. TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM UPDATE: T. Vandre and T. Litscher presented the Transportation Program Update for Committee discussion.
8. TRANSPORTATION FINANCIAL REVIEW: L. Roundy distributed and presented the Transportation Financial Review for Committee discussion.
9. BUSINESS ITEMS:
      A. Discuss the Options for Parking Resolution: T. Vandre presented the options for parking resolutions for Committee discussion.
      B. Discuss the Provision of Transportation Services for Passengers Living at Care Facilities: T. Vandre presented the Provision of Transportation Services for passengers living at care facilities for Committee discussion.
      C. 2013 Budget Process: Review the Aging & Disability Resource Center 2013 Transportation Program Funding and Expenditure Graphs: L. Roundy distributed and presented the Aging & Disability Resource Center 2013 budget process for Committee review.
      D. Short – Term Planning Issues:
1) 2013 Grant Applications Preparations: Discuss the s.85.21 Grant Trip Priorities Continue Work on the Locally Developed, Coordinated, Public Transit, Human Services Transportation Plan Required by the Transportation Equity Act [federal law]: T. Vandre and T. Litscher presented and discussed the 2013 Grant Application Preparations for continued work on the locally developed, coordinated, Public Transit and Human Services Transportation plan as required by the Transportation Equity Act [federal law] for Committee discussion.
