ATTENDANCE:

Members Present:  Arthur Carlson - Chair, Ruth Dawson, Dan Brattset, Janice Brown, Jim Brown, Vern Demers, Theron Hill, Phyllis Johnson, Eileen Klepper, Janet Pearson, Jim Pritzkow, Alan Wildman and Joan Wucherer.

Others Present:  Trish Vandre, Director of ADRC of Sauk County, Thomas Litscher, Mobility & Operations Manager of ADRC of Sauk County, Dave Lowe, Running, Inc.,  Karl Schulte, Brown Cab/Running, Inc.

Absent:  Michael Coleman, Richard Running. 

  1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: The meeting was called to order by A. Carlson at 10:31 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
  2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by R. Dawson to adopt the Agenda, second by A. Wildman. Motion carried.
  3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by V. Demers to approve the previous Regular Meeting Minutes, second by R. Dawson. Motion carried.
  4. Public Comment: None
  5. Communications: None
