Motion by J. Ashford, second T. Meister, to approve the November 18, 2010, minutes of the business meeting as sent. Motion carried.

POTENTIAL RESTRUCTURE OF LAND CONSERVATION AND PLANNING & ZONING:
Additional discussion of structure from individual departments. Next meeting to focus on final structure proposal, with outcome for presentation to the Board in December. No action taken.
