     A. Consider Approval of Addition to Bylaws, Article V, Section 4

     Add Paragraph H: Public Comment

     B. Consider Approval of Revision to Bylaws, Article V, Section 6

     Proposed wording:

     "Anyone who wishes to make a presentation to the Board must notify the Board Chair 72 hours 
      before the meeting."

     C. Consider Approval of Revision to Bylaws, Article III, Section 5

     Proposed wording:

     "The Secretary shall keep a true and accurate record of all meetings of the Board and submit a
      Copy to the County Resource Librarian promptly, who will then submit them to the
      County Clerk and South Central Library System, …"

     D. Consider Approval of Revisions to the Sauk County Library Board Service Plan

     Section 5, Goal 1, Implementation – Revise Paragraph 1.2

     Proposed wording:

     "It is imperative that the Sauk County Library Board has a complete understanding of the health 
      and welfare of each library. Library Directors, or their representatives, are expected to attend the
      quarterly board meetings, in person or electronically, to orally report on their status and/or file a
      written report which becomes part of the public record. If a library fails to report at 50 percent or
      more of the meetings, the Library Director will be reminded of their responsibility."

     Create New Paragraph 1.3

     Move wording from current Paragraph 1.2.

     Delete the first sentence.

     Paragraph 1.3 will begin with:

     "An annual report ..."

     E. Consider approval of the 2027 Budget request for submission to Sauk County
