6. Updates to regionalize the CDBG program.

Possible closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal his-tories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial ad-verse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.” Discussion of loan requests for RLF.

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 9:00 a.m.

The agenda was approved on a motion by Bach, second by Schluter. Motion carried. Motion by Yanke, second by Alibrando, to approve the minutes from the prior meeting. Motion carried.

Public Comment
None

Communications
Request for special committee meeting maybe requested in the near future. Awaiting applications from two businesses for RLF requests.

The Broadway Diner restaurant is expected to be delivered sometime in April.

Lakeside Foods is progressing and will have an update at the next meeting.

Updates to Regionalize the CDBG Program.
Schauf and Dalhoff gave updates on the possibility of the future of CDBG going regional.

Discussion and consideration of requests for housing assistance.
Consideration of housing application (HO42) was approved on a motion by Bach second by Fleming. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (HO53) was approved with option 1 on a motion by Bach second by Schluter. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (HO46) was approved on a motion by Fleming second by Yanke. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (HO55) was approved on a motion by Schluter second by Alibrando. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (HO56) was tabled until further bids are received on a motion by Bach second by Schluter. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (HO57) was approved on a motion by Alibrando second by Schluter. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (HO58) was approved on a motion by Bach second by Yanke. Motion carried.

No conflicts of interest were disclosed.

Next meeting Wednesday, April 18 at 9:00 a.m.

Motion by Schluter, second by Yanke, to adjourn. Motion carried.
