The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 3:00 p.m. 

 

The agenda was approved on a motion and seconded.  Motion carried. 

 

The minutes of the prior meeting and updates to minutes from prior meetings were approved on a motion and seconded.  Motion carried.

Discussion on current application processes for CDBG-RLF loans and if the process needs to be updated to better assist future applicant’s.   Also discussed current practices with delinquent loans within the CDBG program.  Discussion is to be continued at next meeting.
