SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:

Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.
Adopt Agenda.
Approval of minutes from prior meetings.
Public Comment.
Communications.
Possible closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f)  "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.”  Discussion of loan requests.
Reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.
Consideration of loan award.
Consideration of amending ratio of loan amount per job created from $20,000 to $35,000.
Next meeting date (s) and agenda items.

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 9:00 a.m.

 

The agenda was approved on a motion by Yanke , second by LaRowe .  Motion carried.

 

The minutes of the prior meeting were approved on a motion by Fleming , second by LaRowe.  Motion carried.

Communications  None

Motion by LaRowe second by Schluter to reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session. Motion Carried. Ayes: Bychinski, Fleming, Yanke, Schluter, LaRowe.

 

 

Next Meeting date: August 4, 2014 at 9am

Agenda Items: Discussing further items with The Palace Theater.

 

Motion by Schluter, second by LaRowe, to adjourn.  Motion carried.
