(b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.” Discussion of loan requests.

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 9:00 a.m.
The agenda was approved on a motion by Yanke , second by LaRowe . Motion carried.
The minutes of the prior meeting were approved on a motion by Fleming , second by LaRowe. Motion carried.

Motion by LaRowe second by Yanke, to move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.” Discussion of loan requests. Motion by LaRowe second by Schluter to reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session. Motion Carried. Ayes: Bychinski, Fleming, Yanke, Schluter, LaRowe.
