Possible closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations." Discussion of loan requests.
7. Reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.
8. Consideration of the amended request for Spa Serenity.

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 8:00 a.m.
The agenda was approved on a motion by Yanke, second by Schluter. Motion carried.
The minutes of the prior meeting and updates to minutes from prior meetings were approved on a motion by Yanke, second by Fleming. Motion carried.

Quarterly Report was handed out.
Lacey Steffes from Spa Serenity discussed the new/updated plan for the project.
Motion by Fordham second by Schluter, to move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.” Discussion of loan requests. Motion carried: Ayes: Bychinski, Fleming, Yanke.
Motion by Schluter second by Yanke to reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session. Motion Carried.
Motion by Fordham second by Yanke to amend the request to Spa Serenity. Motion carried.
