SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:

6. Update on Flood Recovery Small Business loans/repayments.

7. Possible closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal his-tories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial ad-verse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.” Discussion of loan requests for RLF, CDBG-EAP.

8. Reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.

9. Discussion and consideration of requests for housing assistance.

10. Disclosure of possible conflict of interest.

11. Next meeting date (s) and agenda items.

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 8:00 a.m.

The agenda was approved on a motion by Fleming, second by LaRowe. Motion carried. Motion by Scluter, second by Yanke, to approve the minutes from the prior meeting. Motion carried.

Communications
None.

An update on discussions regarding the FRSB loans was given.

Motion by Bach, second by Schluter, to move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.” Discussion of Community Development Block Grant Revolving Loan Fund application. Motion carried: Ayes: Bach, Bychinski, Fleming, Schluter, Yanke, LaRowe, Alibrando.

Motion by LaRowe second by Schluter to reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.

Discussion and consideration of requests for housing assistance.
Consideration of housing application (H16) was approved on a motion by Fleming, second by LaRowe. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (H18) was denied for on a motion by Bach, second by Yanke. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (H19) was tabled until bids are received on a motion by Fleming, second by Alibrando. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (H21) was approved on a motion by Bach, second by LaRowe. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (H25) was denied on a motion by LaRowe, second by Bach. Motion carried.

No conflicts of interest were disclosed.

Next meeting Tuesday, May 24 at 9:00 a.m.

Motion by LaRowe, second by Yanke, to adjourn. Motion carried.
