Public Hearing @ 9:00 a.m. in Room #213 of the West Square Building, for the purpose of provid-ing the citizens of Sauk County an explanation of the Community Development Block Grant For Supplemental funds for housing. The citizens of the Community are urged to attend and participate in this meeting.

1. Convene public hearing.

2. Identification of total potential funds.

3. Eligible CDBG activities
      a. Economic Development
      b. Public Facilities
      c. Housing
           1) Rehabilitation
           2) Homebuyer Assistance
           3) Special Housing Projects

4. Presentation of identified housing and community development needs.

5. Identification of housing and community development needs by public.

6. Presentation of activities proposed for CDBG application, including potential residential displacement.

7. Citizen input regarding proposed and other CDBG activities.

8. Adjourn Public Hearing.

The regular meeting of the Revolving Loan Fund Committee will commence at the conclusion of the public hearing.

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 9:00 a.m.

The agenda was approved on a motion by Schluter, second by LaRowe. Motion carried. Motion by Bach, second by Fleming, to approve the minutes from the prior meeting. Motion carried.

Public Comment
None

Discussion and consideration of requests for housing assistance.
Consideration of housing application (HO12) was approved for lead only on a motion by LaRowe, second by Schluter. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (HO29) was approved on a motion by Fleming, second by LaRowe. Motion carried.
Consideration of housing application (HO39) was denied on a motion by Bach second by LaRowe. Motion carried.

No conflicts of interest were disclosed.

Next meeting Tuesday, September 20 at 9:00 a.m.

Motion by Yanke, second by LaRowe, to adjourn. Motion carried.
