(b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.”  Discussion of loan requests.
Reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.
Consideration of loan award.

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 8:00 a.m.

 

The agenda was approved on a motion by Larowe, second by Yanke .  Motion carried.

 

The minutes of the prior meeting were approved on a motion by Fordham, second by Alibrando.  Motion carried.

Motion by Fordham second by Schluter,  to move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f)  "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.” Discussion of loan requests. Motion carried:  Ayes: Bychinski, Fleming, Yanke, LaRowe, Fordham, Alibrando, Schluter.

 

Motion by Fordham second by Schluter to reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session. Motion Carried.

 

Motion by LaRowe second by Alibrando to amend the motion from August 4, 2014 to include the following:

Award amount remains the same at $100,000
Collateral:  a first position on all equipment purchased with Sauk County funds, with written concurrence from both the SBA and the Bank of Wisconsin Dells; and a personal guarantee by Mr. Tomaska.
Written authorization from both the SBA and Bank of Wisconsin Dells indicating final loan approval.

And forwarding a resolution to the Board of Supervisors for consideration.  Motion carried.

Motion by Fleming, second by Schluter , to adjourn.  Motion carried.
