Members Present:               Shane Gibson, Kevin Schell, Smooth Detter

Members Absent:               Joel Chrisler, Carl Gruber                                                                                                                                 

Others Present:                     Ian Crammond, William Commings, Brian Desmond

1.     Meeting called to order by Detter at 5:30 p.m. Compliance with Open Meeting Law was met (WIS. STAT. 19.84)

2.     Adopt Agenda:  Motion by Shell, 2nd by Gibson to adopt Agenda, Motion Carried

3.    Public Comment- none

       

4.   Business Items:

     a.      Discussion and possible action to accept bid for and authorize building renovations of the Courthouse West Entrance and Reedsburg Human Services building by Joe Daniels Construction Inc. Motion by Gibson to adjourn, 2nd by Schell.  Motion Carried

5.  Adjourn:  Motion by Gibson to adjourn, 2nd by Schell.  Motion Carried
