SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:
1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law
2.   Adopt agenda
3.   Adopt draft minutes of  January 2nd meeting,
4.   Public Comment
5. Possible closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, 
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction   or exercises responsibility.  Performance evaluation of Building Services Facility Director.
6. Reconvene in Open Session
7. Communications:
a.  Badger City Chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse, request permission to place pinwheels on the Sauk County Courthouse lawn for the month of April again this year.

e.  Discussion on possibly installing one electric car charging station

g.  Review and Approval of Vouchers
