It is anticipated that a majority of the members of the Sauk County Board of Health will be convening in Sauk County to attend an awards ceremony for Public Health Excellence Awards. This would constitute a meeting of the Sauk County Board of Health pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993), and must be notified as such, although the Board will not take any formal action at this time.
