It is anticipated that a majority of the members of the Sauk County Board of Health will be convening in Sauk County to attend a presentation as guests of the Sauk County Medical Society. This would constitute a meeting of the Sauk County Board of Health pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the Board will not take any formal actions at this time.
