ORDER OF BUSINESS:

The meeting was called to order by T. Meister at 3:00 P.M. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meetings Law.

AGENDA:

Motion by P. Tollaksen, second by A. Lombard, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.

APPEARANCE BY JERRY BROWN, SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE M3 INSURANCE SOLUTIONS.

J. Brown presented information regarding the revised health insurance proposals for 2011. Unity Health Insurance originally came in with the low proposal. Dean Health Plan lowered rates to match after the original action taken by the Personnel Committee. Dean Health Plan’s proposal includes the risk share arrangement. Both of the health insurance proposals for 2011 have the same schedule of benefits and coverage levels.

2011 HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM FOR SAUK COUNTY.

Motion by P. Tollaksen, second by A. Lombard, to accept the Unity Health Insurance proposal for 2011 as presented. Motion carried.

Motion by J. Lane, second by P. Tollaksen, to adjourn until October regular business meeting. Motion carried.
